  105. Astrology for Windows and its parent AstrolDeluxe for Windows are able
  106. to do amazing things that are only possible within the Windows
  107. environment.  These programs give you better color printing than any
  108. program for the DOS environment.  The drop-down list boxes provide
  109. convenient access to data such as your saved charts, geographic data,
  110. and time zones.  Other list boxes let you scroll natal and transiting
  111. aspects and copy this text data to the Windows clipboard.  You can use
  112. the clipboard to copy and paste the planet and house positions in
  113. numerical form into a Windows spreadsheet.  Via the clipboard, you can
  114. paste graphic wheels into resizable frames in a Windows word processor.
  115. The program will even automatically resize the detailed color Atlas
  116. maps, the graphic chart displays, and the Natal Information screen for
  117. whatever screen resolution you have Windows set.

  119. Astrology for Windows includes context-sensitive Windows Help.  This
  120. means that help specific to any point in the program is available just
  121. by pressing the F1 function key.  If you want to read the manual,
  122. select Contents.  To search for help on a specific program area, select
  123. Search and type in the name of the desired function or topic.  Select
  124. File and Print from the Windows Help menu to print any one topic for
  125. later reference.

  185. Shareware Installation Instructions:

  187. The Astrology for Windows program, version 2.3, comes in a
  188. self-extracting Windows executable - ASTWIN23.EXE.  Once you have
  189. downloaded this program to your computer, double-click from Explorer on
  190. the file.  The WinZip extraction program will confirm that you want to
  191. extract all the files to the C:\WINASTRO directory, which it will create
  192. for you.

  194. The final act of the extraction process is to run the INSTALL1.EXE
  195. program - this will ask in which of the 13 available languages you want
  196. your program to be and will add the Halloran Software program group and
  197. astrology item icons to your Windows desktop [you yourself can rerun the
  198. INSTALL1.EXE program in the future].

  200. In Windows 95/98, select Start, Programs, Halloran Software and click on
  201. the moon icon item in order to run the Astrology for Windows program.
